2011 Ground Breaking/Blessing

May 1, 2011, Crow River Habitat for Humanity held a Ground Breaking/Blessing for the newest home that will be built in Glencoe.

The Cameron-Klassen family, along with family, friends, Habitat board members and volunteers celebrated during the ground breaking, which was held at the site of their new home, 1228 Knight Avenue, Glencoe.

The Rev. James Gomez of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church officiated at the ground breaking, blessing the site of their new home.

Bonnie Ackland-Fimon, Family Support Committee member, was also present and will be the Family Mentor for the Cameron-Klassen family as they go through the process of building a home with Crow River Habitat for Humanity.
